.:Tutorial Tuesday - Glitter Frames:.

When Reece was born, my friend made these fabulous blocks for her nursery. I still adore them, but since our girls will be sharing a room and it's not a huge room, they are going to have to be put away until we move into a bigger house.

I wanted to make something new to put on their dresser, and these frames are so simple, and cheap, so I thought it would be a good addition.

What you need:

- wooden frame(s) - these are $1 at Michael's
- paint
- adhesive spray
- glitter
- paint brush

Start off by painting your frames. I only did one coat because I knew it was going to be covered up and wouldn't matter if there were some streaky areas.

After your frames are dry, take them outside and spray them with your adhesive spray. Sprinkly glitter all over where you sprayed the adhesive.

Shake off the excess glitter.

I wanted to ink my edges, so I took a paper towel, and in the coordinating colors, 'inked' around the edges with paint.

Done! Easy! I haven't decided if I'm going to put pictures of my girls in there or maybe do an initial. We'll see what happens! But for now, they are sitting pretty, waiting to be filled!
