I'm so excited to introduce a new blog to you!
Win, Lose or Blog is a new blog that provides a fitness challenge to the blogging world! And I feel so fortunate that I've been asked to be part of the team making it happen! I'm in the company of five amazing ladies: Fawnda from Fireflies and Jellybeans, Holly from 504 Main, Jill from Women Who Do It All, Maria from Huff and Buff, and Lindsey from Fitness for the Rest of Us. We've been working together to create this blog for all of YOU!
There are lots of different ways to get involved, so keep reading to find out!
You can BE A CONTESTANT!
Every season of the challenge will last for eight weeks. Each season we will have eight new contestants. The contestant who loses the most weight (percentage of body weight) will win a MAJOR PRIZE! Second and third place get a prize, too, and then everyone else will get a little something, too. So not only are you getting in shape, losing weight, and living better, you're going to get a prize either way!
You can BE A FOLLOWER!
We have health and fitness experts who are going to be posting tips, activities, healthy recipes, encouragement and more! Just follow along to have access to all of these great resources. Plus, every season, two followers will get a prize (worth $40) just for following along and leaving comments throughout the season. Score!
