Hi there Sumo's Sweet Stuff Friends!!
My name is Kristyn and I blog over at Lil' Luna.
Come check it out for fun and cute crafts, recipes & tutorials.
This Saturday, I'm throwing my two kids a joint Birthday Party.
My oldest is turning 3, my youngest 1, and I decided to do a Carnival/Circus Theme.
I've been going crazy making stuff for the big day.
Today, I'm going to show you how I made a few of the Circus Decorations.
To begin, I made some CARNIVAL SIGNS.
I saw the idea at a Circus-Themed Baby Shower, and fell in love.
Later, I found out that my friend Kelly had made them on her blog:
Lolly Jane Boutique.
They are so cute and so easy!
SUPPLIES:
- Masonite
- White Spray Enamel
- Saw (or have it cut at Lowe's)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut Masonite into 16 in. x 24 in. rectangles.
2. Spray boards the color you want them. Let dry.
3. Cut vinyl with words you want. I used "CONEY ISLAND" font downloaded from dafont.com.
I cut the words: PHOTOS, CANDY, DESSERT, POPCORN, GAMES, FOOD.
4. Peel and add vinyl to boards. Polyurethane and let dry.
5. Add ribbon if desired.
These were super easy to make and will hopefully look super cute at the party.

(Font used: Ringmaster downloaded from dafont.com).
3. Using circle punch, punch out numbers from paper.
4. Glue numbers to carstock.
5. Hot glue toothpicks to backs of cardstock. Cover hot glue area with another circle if you're OCD like me and want to cover the back. :)
Voila. Fun and simple Cupcake Toppers.
These Toppers and Signs will hopefully add to the Carnival Themed Party.
