I can't remember if I've shared this before or not (and am much too lazy at the moment to check) but it's worth posting again, in my opinion! We love this recipe!
2 lbs turkey burger
1 T olive oil
1 t Chinese 5 Spice
1-3 t Szechwan
8 oz water chestnuts - chopped
1 c shredded carrots
1/2 c sliced green onions (you know we don't have these in our house!)
1/2 c toasted pecans - chopped (or these!)
3-4 T soy sauce
Brown turkey and spices in the olive oil.
Add the rest and cook 2-3 minutes, or until veggies are desired softness.
Serve with romaine lettuce and white rice. We like to add chow mein noodles, too. Yum.
