.:Mouth-Watering Wednesday - Pumpkin Pancakes:.

This is another repeat recipe from last fall, but I totally think it's worth sharing again.

These pancakes are delicious. They are moist and just heaven in your mouth.

1 1/2 c flour
3 T sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t Allspice
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 T cinnamon

1 c milk
1 c canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
3 T melted butter

Put them on the griddle and enjoy! I'm not a huge pecan fan, but a lot of my family likes to put chopped pecans and syrup on theirs.

For Halloween this year, we had them for breakfast and made chocolate chip faces on them. The chocolate chips were a great addition - I love pumpkin and chocolate together!
