The Tootsie Wootsie offers beautiful rosette headbands and bib necklaces.









Aren't they all beautiful? The Tootise Wootsie is brimming with fun, colorful accessories at the best prices!

The Tootise Wootsie is going to give one of you a $25 credit to their shop!

There are lots of ways to enter, so read carefully!
