This project was totally inspired by Shelley, at House of Smiths. (I assume you are all already following her, but in case you aren't, do it. Seriously. Do it.)
She put subway art on her Kitchenaid, as well as some other fun designs. I loved it when I saw it a few months ago, and I still love it.

I figured since I don't have a Kitchenaid (yes, I know it's sad) that I had better figure something else out to vinylize. (I'm not sure if that's a word; it's underlined in red as a misspelled word, so maybe I just made it up. Now it's my word.)
I'm pretty much in love with Shirley and her new look. Don't you just want to go sew something, looking at that?
Tutorial coming tomorrow! I'm using new newest love, my Silhouette, to show you how!
Now it's time for you to share what you've been up to lately! Open linky party here - use it to Market Yourself! Pretty please link back here, though. It's nice.

Hi :-) Have you ever had one of those moments where you start reading something, and your mind takes over and causes you to THINK your reading such and such?
ReplyDeleteI started reading today's posting and my mind conjured up this image of a sewing machine covered in images from Subway (you know - as in the sandwich shop)and all I could think was, wouldn't that be being cruel to yourself? Sitting down to sew and start longing for this or that sub sandwich...
yup, sometimes I wonder about myself ;-p
Thanks so much for the Link Party ~ my first one! I'm learning that this is fun!!
