HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope that everyone had a fun time celebrating last nite. We went to Bullmania, and it was a blast!
I have never been much of a New Year's fan, but one thing I do like about it is the opportunity to reflect on the previous year, and make some new goals about the direction I'd like my life to take in the coming year.
I've seen lots of people blogging about their top ten posts from 2010, and I thought today would be a great day to take a peek back into 2010 here on Sumo's Sweet Stuff and see what all of you liked the most!
Before we get to the top ten, the honorable mention goes to my BUTTERFLY WING ONESIE. I have a soft spot for these sweet onesies, and love all of the variations you could do on them!
Number ten is PINCHED FABRIC FLOWERS. These look great on a headband or as a stand alone clip!
Number nine was my BEADED BINKY CLIPS. I'm sure glad I learned how to make those, since my baby has never really taken a binky...
Number eight wasn't even posted in 2010, but towards the end of 2009. It still made the list of most viewed posts, though! It was my ADVENT CALENDAR!
Number seven was the CIRCLE MOBILE that I helped my friend make for her baby's room. Sewing on paper was a fun 'a-ha' moment for me!
Coming in at number six are my FABRIC/ELASTIC HEADBANDS. These are seriously one of my favorite accessories for my girls!
Number five is my ACCORDION FABRIC FLOWERS. Such a fun accessory!
For number four, it is one of my favorite summertime recipes, although it would be good anytime of the year! S'MORES CUPCAKES! Yum!
Number three is the CAR SEAT TENT I made for my little babe. How did I ever live without one of these for my first?
Number two is seriously one of my most favorite sewing projects! (There may even be a pattern making it's debut in my shop in the next month or so!) RUFFLE T-SHIRT DRESS - to die for cute!
And the number one post from 2010 was ZIPPER FLOWERS! Funky and unique, I love them!
So that's 2010 in a nutshell. I am hoping to share even better projects with you in the coming year (especially now that I have my Silhouette...love!) I'm also working on taking better pictures, so hopefully that will improve the quality of my tutorials for all of you faithful readers.
Thanks for making 2010 such a great, fun year on Sumo's Sweet Stuff!
