*we take turns blogging (kind of...its a long story)
*we are highly competitive from playing sports our entire lives

*we have 11 kids between us (Amy 4 girls & 2 boys) (Em 5 BOYS)
* We love to craft any chance we get...Especially when we are together!
Today we are going to show you how to make this fun & bright Chevron Bunny Pillow!
What you need
1. freezer paper
2. Exacto knife ( or a silhouette machine) We still need one! And I don't think I would share
3. Fabric - two 16.5in circles
- one 5in x 52in strip (side of pillow)
- two 1in x 100 strips (ruffles)
4. Stuffing
I drew a bunny and then scanned to my computer and filled with a chevron pattern. I just LOVE chevron.
I placed my print out on top of my freezer paper and cut out my bunny.
I ironed on the bunny onto a 16.5 in circle that I traced from a plate onto drop cloth.
I painted the bunny with lime acylic paint.
I painted a thin outlin around the bunny. Then let dry.
I serged the edges of my ruffles. Gathered. Pinned. Sew in place. Repeat with 2nd row.
I sewed my 5x52in strip along one side of pillow. Repeat with back of pillow with right sides together. Flip. Stuff. and Stitch Close.
I have had this fabric for a year. I finally had a cute easter project to use it.
Thank you for crafting with us and we look forward to our new friends visiting us
