.:Things to Try Thursday - Sand Table:.

I love this idea from Kaysi over at Keeping It Simple.

She made a sand table out of a plastic storage container and and old end table that she found at a garage sale.

Talk about resourceful!

And what a great thing for her kids to have all summer long.

Go here for her tutorial.

  1. LOVE a good sand table! :D My 2.5 year old received a step 2 table sand table for his 2nd b-day and it remains in constant use around here! The options are endless! Our's currently has dried beans in it.But I have done shaving cream, rice, playdough, plastic easter eggs, silk flower petals, snow, water, and shredded paper in it before!
