I'm sure you have seen the apple dip floating around the internet that sounds totally delicious with cream cheese and caramel.
This is not that dip. (Though that one is delicious!) I decided to put a slightly different spin on the dip, making it even more unhealthy (you're welcome) and let me tell you, it's getting rave reviews from those that I've given it to so far!
Here's what you need:
- 2 small tubs of marshmallow cream
- 1 jar of caramel ice cream topping (yes, the jar is half empty because this was my second time making it; it’s that good!)
- 1 bag of Heath toffee bits (I like the milk chocolate ones, but regular would be tasty, too!)
Use your mixer to blend the marshmallow cream and caramel sauce together. I only use about half a jar of caramel sauce, but that’s a personal preference! Stir in the toffee bit (I also used about half a bag) and you’ve got yourself a tasty dip!
I put the dip into little mason jars and wrapped them up with an apple in cellophane to take around to some ladies in my church. Perfect little gift to take to someone!
